Introduction to Con Dao Islands tourism

Con Dao is an archipelago off the coast of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, 97 nautical miles from Vung Tau and 45 nautical miles from Hau River. Con Dao or Con Son is also often used for the name of the largest island in this archipelago. Before the 20th century, Vietnamese historians often called Con Son island Con Lon or Con Non. The old name in English and French texts is Poulo Condor.
